The price was good for this pvs 14. I would have given it 5 stars but the intensifier tube retaining ring was not installed properly and the tube would move forward and backward when the front eye piece was rotated out. After I took it apart , unscrewed the optic about 2mm and tightened the ring down this stopped that problem. Otherwise, no complaints. The image quality is good. I looked up the tube's NSN and it was advertised. A gen3 Exelis green phos Omni VII. Overall good experience.
Beyond happy with my first NV. No noticeable blems. Some light peppering but nothing crazy. Excellent value and look forward to getting another down the line! Shipping was solid as well
