SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products are shipped with either UPS or USPS. Due to negative experiences in the past we do not ship using FedEx. We greatly appreciate you business and look forward to getting your orders to you, however since we are a small business it may take us 5-7 days to fulfill your order. Please feel free to reach out to us via phone or email to check on the status of your order.

UPS is our default shipping service, however if you would prefer USPS we would be more than happy to accommodate you, just shoot us an email and we'll get you taken care of.

We do not ship to APO/PO boxes.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We are confident that we will be able to help you find the perfect Night Vision Device, however we understand that sometimes things come up and if you need to return or exchange an item we would be happy to accommodate you. Please note that we charge a 20% restocking fee.
