We usually ship out in-stock items within 1-2 weeks of payment. We try to ship orders out as fast as possible, however we are a small business and can only do so much at a time. We are also in college so we have to juggle running the business and attending school.
For custom orders and out of stock/pre order items lead times will vary, we will keep you posted on the status of your order if it's a special case!

No, we do not. Since Night Vision and Night Vision related parts are ITAR restricted items, we are unable to ship outside of the US. We can only ship items CONUS to valid addresses. We do not ship to APO/FPO or other mail forwarding addresses.

Yes some blems are extremely difficult to catch on camera , though sometimes clean units slip into our blem batches that we receive, we list them together, the price will reflect the condition of the unit. If you can't see any blems on the listing picture and it is priced higher than other units it's likely clean. Make sure to double check the pictures, zoom in, and check your display settings, as those can also affect how the blems show up on the image.

In order to preserve the condition of the units and prevent any potential further blems this is not a service we offer. Once the unit goes through QC and a picture is taken to be listed the battery is removed and the unit is kept in storage until it is shipped.

In order to get your helmet size you'll need to measure the circumference of your head. Grab a tape measure and measure just above your ears/eyebrows and take the number where the tape overlaps as your measurement.
Sizes:
Small < 20 1/4”
Medium 20 1/4" - 23 1/2”
Large 23 1/2" - 24 3/4”
XL > 24 3/4”
(If you're between sizes/on the border we recommend to go to the smaller size for a tighter/more secure fit.)
